It's the fragrance of freedom and solitude: it goes your way

There's a MAN: there's NO purpose.
The man is on the road. Has been on the road, in fact, for quite some time now.
There he is, somewhere between Istambul and Lisbon. Has left the fancy airplane ride behind and hit the road. His destination? Why not the Orient. Lisbon and one last night on the sea shore and all, seems cool too. The inflated image of teenage girls , the 'melt-my-nickers' look in their eyes? Or a 'brand new' romanticism?
The radio set in his car speaks many languages: they come in the air one after the other as the car goes down the road. Each one steps in of their music, their breaking news, their daily worries.
The road smells: it's the smell of hot tarmac and oil, of grass and tobacco, of sweat and dust…it's the stink of a run-over animal.
